I am a life coach/therapist based in  London. I coach people from all backgrounds to help them achieve their personal and professional ambitions.  

Through Padmic System, I provide clients with the opportunity to discuss the important issues in their life with someone who is objective, impartial and suitably trained in helping them move forward.

 How Dose It Work

The base coaching for the Padmic System™  is 3 phone sessions (one per week), and then a rest on the fourth week. Phone charges are included in your coaching fee, regardless of where you live in the world. Each session is for 1 hour. Your support in finishing on time is appreciated.    

Suport  e-mail coaching  and 'extra coaching' calls are given as and when needed at no extra charge. You take on as much homework/home play as you choose, and most of the learning/growth/action happens bet ween the calls.

By combining what I learn in the assessment with what you learn from talking with me on your personal goals and concerns, I will be able to work with you to build a workable strategy that will help you see quick, tangible results.
